West Pensions Limited

This West Group company was established in 1996 to act as a pension trustee and scheme administrator in response to the growing requirements of our international clients to provide professional services for pension schemes.  In December 2002 this company became a registered scheme Administrator under the newly enacted Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000, put in place by the Isle of Man Government Insurance and Pensions Authority (IPA), to permit a niche product to international pension schemes to be serviced in the Isle of Man.

The company is registered to administer pension schemes established for individuals and companies:-

• Resident in the Isle of Man
• Based internationally

As part of the services offered, the company can also act as a Pensioneer Trustee for schemes registered with the IPA.

In practice, West Pensions Limited acts as trustee and administrator for a number of schemes.  The directors and staff of the company are all closely involved in the management and administration of trusts within both West Corporation Limited and West Pensions Limited.  It is this broad experience that they bring to the management of pension schemes.

The West Group of companies manages over $5 billion of client assets, which provides us with appropriate experience to manage investments held by pension schemes.  There is also access within the West Group to international tax expertise and in-house legal counsel for consultation on any technical aspects.

West Pensions Limited is registered with the Isle of Man Insurance and Pensions Authority as a professional Retirement Benefits Schemes Administrator.
